I have about 28 hours of work into this, including pulling the motor out of the bike, sand blasting, painting, priming, and sitting outside thinking of how to do the next step.
It's a 1997 CBR600 that was stunted and had no title and a 2001 Warrior that had no motor.

I started almost a week ago with my dad and am nearing completion. Just have to finish welding the headers, one more collector, get the exhaust on, hook up the harness, and hook up the tank and radiator.

The pictures are a day old, today I got the top of the frame designed and it will be welded on tomorrow. Hopefully I will be done with it tomorrow.

One of the collectors, other one is under the quad. They will meet at one more collector and then run the exhaust up the right side. I only lost about 2.5" of ground clearance.

Maybe when it's completely done. I have the top of the frame in tack welded in place, just gotta finish it up in the morning and then plug in the harness and throw the chain on.

Still waiting on pics of the build without the plastic so we can view the innovations and workmanship.

I don't want to be embarrassed showing off my poorly designed quad. It's running right now, I have to readjust the chain and then I'll have a video of it in action.

Rear axle keeps walking forward on me when the quad is under load... chain loosens back up when this happens. Tested it out last night and it was pretty quick, I'm happy.
